No not speed, no, it festival of slow. It is the start of the Mongol rally this Sunday morning from 9am.

It was a regular event leaving from Goodwood but stopped a few years ago but now its back.

The strangest bunch of eccentric petrol head adventurers you are likely to cast your eyes on.
British eccentricity at its best.
Its free to view, café and burger vans on site at the motor racing circuit (where they recently filmed some of the new Man from UNCLE film.

This is a great fun event incorporating genuine Mongolian wrestling music crazy cars and even crazier people getting ready for a journey of a lifetime. It pissed down last time I went and it made the wrestling in the mud even more interesting
After. Couple of laps the competitors/ rally it's head off to Mongolia. The variety of directions they head off in and directions they were asking for didn't inspire confidence.
