Hi Folks, Just finished & fitted these about 10 minutes ago. Was gonna finish them with alloy caps to fit in the bolt holes but got some rubber end caps off Ebay. They won't look as good but simplicity is the key for me & the alloy ones I made for the rear ones are really fiddly both to make & fit, rubber ones can just be popped in & out to undo the nuts & won't scratch at the drop of a hat. Could even fit some gel USA flags or some other shit to cover the holes, but plastic caps will do me. The sliders fit inside the spindle 15mm or so & butt up against the spindle so don't interfere with the forks or bearings or anything. Stainless threaded bar through the middle with nyloc nuts & washers hold them in place same as the rears. Quite pleased with the whole set now, front, rear, clutch & (still got to make the stator side) they 're a bit more difficult to make, but you can see them all in other threads in the tech section if you're interested. All the best Paul.
