I've still got 6 days holiday to use up before December ends, so I've booked next Friday off to go to the show.
I want to get to the autojumble early on the first day, as I need a new (New Old Stock) Cathartic Skimmer for the Hurley Pugh.
I previously bought a pattern one from the Wildebeeste Spares Co. in Jakarta, but to be honest it was a disappointment and I'm still clearing up the mess and the neighbours are now threatening legal action.
The fact that their little Shih Tzu hasn't been seen since the last time I fired the bike up is purely coincidental. :oooops:

I've got room in the car, if anyone else fancies bunking off work for the day, as long as you don't get bored with me rummaging through boxes. :yup:

Watch out for that Indonesian pattern stuff John. It looks the same, but smells kind of funny. ;)

Should be there, a mate has kindly treated me to a ticket and going on Saturday. He is a car fanatic, so we will be in the classic car bit first but he said that the ticket will allow us into the classic bike show as well, we will see, it could have been just a rouge to get me to keep him company as his wife was not interested!!!!

Will have phone on me so Jill give us a text if about and don't see us.

Good news, Steve!! We are picking up our friend at Brackley about 9.30 on Saturday, so should be at the show by 11.00. We have only got Bike Show tickets but should be around for at least 2 or 3 hours at least. I will also have my phone with me, so text me when you get into the bike bit, and I'll let you know where we are. :yup:

My tickets cover both shows as I need to have a gander at the cars, too.
I've read that there is an upgrade charge on the day to pass from one show to the other.
Steve - I'll pm you my number.

You may want to, as the bike show will take no more than an hour of your time.
£8 to park, £16 to get in and less bikes to look at than a good night at Portsmouth. The "autojumble" consisted mainly of stalls selling crap T-shirts and cheap tools, with one stand solely selling scraps of chamois leathers.
I drove from Birmingham to Farnham and got everything I needed from my old pal Arthur at Rockerbox. ;)

Maybe I've just turned into a cynical old man, I hope you enjoy it anyway. :yup:
