I just couldn't take it any more...............the cam cover that is, now I'm feeling quite smug and pleased with myself, being as I'm a spannering numpty, and the cover has come up lovely.
Bloody tired arms though as I hack sawed the whole thing and then filed and polished by hand Just waiting on my oil pump drive gear upgrade and gaskets to arrive Monday so I can put it all back together. Don't fret will put rocker gear back on with a lump hammer in order to cause max valve bendage

Does anyone have a picture or description of how to re route the oil lines neatly and professionally (ie a Maz job), I know ruffly where they go.

Don't swap camcovers to a different set of crankcases as mentioned before they are line reamed as a set
