Sorry, Goldy, this probably won't help you at all. I cannot make the run on Sunday (which is pissing me off) but I might be able to get across to you Saturday evening.

Would it be easier if I brought my own burgers if I can get there?

I'm afraid I can't make this - I'm committed to be up at Chippenham Folk Festival for the whole weekend. Have one for me I'll be there in spirit.

Wearing my UKBEG sales hat.....

Does anyone want one of these UKBEG/Buell Limited Edition T-shirts?

Would could bring some darn sarf with us this weekend? Only £10 hand delivered, saving £3 P&P, all proceeds to Em's Charity.

We have small, medium, large, XL, and for the fuller Buell figure, XXL.

Would have expected to see a big response to this meet from the local boys but hoping it's just taken as read that you'll be there :) I'll be there on the S1W making some noise for the Yoffmeister, hope to see plenty of you there 8-)

Don't worry I'll pace myself :P...

Pace yourself, my arse, you had the last one as soon as you heard my scoot coming off the dual exit ramp.

Aside from the XB-in-residence, The Handbag the only Buell there, I might add

From memory Goldie & Mrs, CJ & Mrs, Pikey & Mrs, Thorks & Norks, Blackrag & Mrs, Crazy Col & Mrs... was I the only one who turned up without the missus? Oh, Ronald was there solo.

Disappointing turn out.

I don't argue with Jane - she has a very strong grip :ill:....

We've had a terrific weekend - a 588 mile round trip to meet good friends, deliver a cuddly toy and remember Darren.

In total contrast to the rather soggy and cold UKBEG meet at Cosford last Sunday, this weekend has been stunning. Wall to wall sunshine and very warm - perfect :P...

We must thank Colin (Goldy) and Maxine for their superb hospitality and the tasty BBQ last night and cooked breakfast this morning. I'm sure Colin's Ulysses didn't mind having two Guzzi's for company in his garage.

It was a bit a tour around yesterday with Black Bear in Newmarket, RAF Duxford and then experiencing the delights of the M25 to get to Colin's house.

We met fellow UKBEG members at DG20 this morning and then went on the first part of the run to Southampton Hospital. We decided to head back oop norf instead of going to Poole Hospital for the second part of the run. We arrived home at 5.45 pm.

A few pictures which reflect our weekend:
